RETURN POLICY

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

1.) True vintage or pre-owned items purchased in store or online.
We always do our best to describe any noticeable blemishes on vintage and pre-owned items, but imperfections should be expected due to the nature of age and/or pre-worn aspects of these items.

2.) *For health and sanitation purposes there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on items such as make-up, brushes, hair styling tools, hats, hair flowers, lotions, potions, oils, balms, tonics and creams purchased in store or online.

3.)  We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

All eligible items may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase, with receipt and original tags attached.

IN-STORE GIFT PURCHASES

We all love to give gifts but sometimes it's hard to guess what our loved ones may like or maybe you just can't get the size right. All eligible gift purchases can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase, with gift receipt and original tags attached.

ONLINE PURCHASES

Want to make a return on eligible items purchased online, whether you choose shipping or in-store pickup? No problem! We have a 15 day return policy from the date you receive your online order.

We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you would like a different size or color, you will need to request a refund and place a new order for the new item(s).

STEPS TO TAKE WHEN REQUESTING A REFUND FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

 

1.) Please notify Nancy's Vintage and Retro by sending us an email at nancysvintageandretro@gmail.com describing your request and providing your order number or receipt/invoice number. If the item(s) arrived damaged, please provide photographs of the item and it will be at the discretion of Nancy's to determine if the damaged item(s) is eligible for a refund.

*We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.

*Refunds will be for the cost of the item ( including any applicable taxes) and will exclude shipping charges.

2.) Once you receive notification from the NVR team that the item(s) are eligible for a refund, please repack the item(s) with all the original tags still attached including a copy of your receipt/invoice. Please note that return postage will not be refunded unless Nancy’s Vintage and Retro has sent you an incorrect item(s).

Please note that once we have received your package it can take up to 10 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.
